The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role presenteeism in relationship between organizational stress and silence 305 forest products employees İstanbul Kocaeli, Turkey. According our literature review, although some important studies about presenteeism, stress, can be found, first explore sector. research was designed as a field conducted using questionnaire. questionnaire involved industry employees’ demographic data, Organizational Stress Scale, Silence Stanford Presenteeism Scale.
